This compensation may be based on successful referrals, calls, or other performance-based arrangements.
Compensation received does not affect a client’s loan approval, interest rate, or loan terms, which are determined exclusively by the third-party provider.
Prequalification Disclosure
In some cases, Full Service Financial may collect preliminary information to help determine whether a client may be eligible to speak with a lender. Any prequalification is not a loan approval, not a guarantee of credit, and does not obligate the client to accept any loan offer.
Final approval and loan terms are determined solely by the lender after full application and underwriting.
No Guarantee of Results
We do not guarantee that any client will qualify for a loan, receive specific loan terms, or obtain credit. Individual results vary based on creditworthiness, income, lender criteria, and other factors.
Third-Party Responsibility
Once a client is transferred or referred to a third-party lender, Full Service Financial is not responsible for the lender’s services, actions, decisions, or policies. Clients are encouraged to carefully review all agreements, disclosures, and terms provided by the lender before proceeding.
